really? why would new jersey put their flags at half staff for whitney's death? she was a singer, not a soldier, not a policeman, not anything but a singer. maybe they should put flags at half staff for everyone that dies. a drug user doesnt deserve to have a flag at half staff. just sayin

So relieved!

I am so happy right now! my mother is crying, calling all the people she knows. Im just in shock and awe, so, happy! i just can't believe it! All that hard work, time, effort, and support from family definitely helped me out! It wasnt for the money, i thought it was for a long time. but now its for my future. being a Residents Assistant doesnt just cover $10,000 for my housing and food, it looks good on my resume as i want to become a history teacher and eventually a professor at a college. I just thank god for this opportunity and i thank my mom. she was there when i was down and didnt want to go for the job. Im just so happy that i am going to be an RA next year!

yea im eatin popcorn, im sicker than a dog, RA interview went very well, and moms comin to pick me up tomorrow to go boarding this weekend. i just wanna get better!!!
